A seven-day menu created on the basis of information gathered during the first consultation as well as the client’s food and lifestyle preferences. Suitable for all types of clients except athletes and people with food intolerances.

One-Day Menu for people with unique needs: €70

The one-day menu is suitable for athletes and individuals with allergies or different types of food intolerances (to gluten, histamine, lactose, etc.).

Weight Loss Help: €640

The initial six-week program containing a weight loss menu is suitable for anyone with increased body weight, obesity or an increased amount of adipose tissue.

Nutrition Coaching: €77/hour

Fully customized professional support for desired results. Nutrition coaching sessions are held regularly, once per week.
